The Game

Making Picks:
Once logged in, players can: 
-View current weekly pick with 10 legs
-Choose option A or B for each leg
-Wager points on each leg (minimum 1 point)
-See their points balance and the total pool

Game Rules:
-Must select an option and wager on all 10 legs
-Up to 10 submissions allowed per player per week
-Picks lock 5 minutes before start of the first leg
-Winners share the pool for each leg proportionally based on their wagers

Tournament:
-Players are scored on their Return On Investment(ROI = Winnings/Bets), Total Balance, and Correct Picks.
-To qualify for the Tournament and Jackpot payout players must participate in at least 14 of the 18 weeks.

Bye Weeks:
If you don't feel confident about this weeks games, take a Bye. Players are allowed 4 Bye weeks for the Tournament. To take a Bye week you simply don't make a submission for the week.


Points & Wagering System

How It Works

Starting Points:
Each player begins with 2000 points.

Wagering:
Players wager points on each leg (minimum 1 point per leg).

Pool:
All wagers for each leg create that leg's prize pool.

Jackpot:
-10% of all wagers automatically go to the growing jackpot
-Legs with no winners add their entire pool to the jackpot
-Remaining funds after payouts go to the jackpot

Pick'em:
-If a player chooses the correct winner on all 10 legs for the week they will get 1000 points paid out of the jackpot.
-Player will only win one 1000 bonus per week regardless of how many winning submissions they have that week.
-A Tie will be considered a Win for that leg in respect to the Pick’em Bonus.

Payouts:
Winners of each leg share that leg's pool proportionally based on their wagers.

Tie:
In the event of a Tie, both options will be considered a win with all wagers returned and no Jackpot contribution taken.


Example

Leg 1 has 100 total points in the pool
3 players chose the winning option with wagers of 10, 20, and 30 points

Total winning wagers: 60 points
Share value: 100 ÷ 60 = 1.67 points per wagered point
Player 1 gets: 10 × 1.67 = 16 points (floor rounded)
Player 2 gets: 20 × 1.67 = 33 points (floor rounded)
Player 3 gets: 30 × 1.67 = 50 points (floor rounded)

Jackpot Payout

Jackpot will payout in points at the end of the season.
Points will be used to bid on Prizes.

The payout:
 1.  1st ROI 35% of Jackpot
 2.  2nd ROI 25%
 3.  3rd ROI 15%
 4.  1st Balance 5%
 5.  2nd Balance 5%
 6.  3rd Balance 5%
 7.  1st Correct Picks 2.5%
 8.  2nd Correct Picks 2.5%
 9.  3rd Correct Picks 2.5%
 10. 4th Correct Picks 2.5%

*Return On Investment(ROI = Winnings/Bets)

Prizes

Prizes will be auctioned off at the end of the season.
Players will bid on the prizes with their points.
